For time: 225 pound Deadlift, 21 reps 400 meter Run 225 pound Deadlift, 18 reps 400 meter Run 225 pound Deadlift, 15 reps 400 meter Run 225 pound Deadlift, 12 reps 400 meter Run
10:02 but after my first 2oo meters my knee was screaming so I did 200meters more for that round and then 400 meters for the following 3 rounds. Probably not a fair scale, now I know for next time.
I wrote down the work out wrong for the second time and left out the last run.
