    12:04 with it, but with about a minute untimed rest between my last deadlift and the run.

  4. 10:02 but after my first 2oo meters my knee was screaming so I did 200meters more for that round and then 400 meters for the following 3 rounds. Probably not a fair scale, now I know for next time.
