Saturday 110129


For time:
20 inch Box jump, 50 reps
Rope climb, 5 ascents
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 50 reps
50 sit-ups
40 pound dumbbell Hang power clean, 50 reps
800 meter Run
50 Back extensions

We made a few modifications, due to our gym situation, but nothing too extreme.

  1. 24:49 plus I had to scale the BOX jumps w/step ups and only did 3 accents on the rope. I still have 30#'s to lose and then it won't be so hard. You guys have my permission to help me stay on track with eating right and getting rid of this extra 30# Weight vest I'm carrying around. If you see me eating something I shouldn't or too much food just slap me or something dramatic.
