Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115 pound Push press, 10 reps
10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box

  2. 7 rounds + 2 push press. Push press weight 95 for two rounds and 85 for the rest. 50 pound kettle bell.

  3. 8 for me too. I did scale off the box jumps to let my knee recover from whatever is causing it to swell up and be so sore. I chose to do OHS without any weight to work on my form.
    GREAT JOB TAC-E team on the best WOD of the year. HAHAHA!!!
