Front squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Goal should be to increase or maintain the same weight through all 5 sets up to max weight.

    Just when my groin was starting to feel better this lift for some reason made it super sore again. I should have stayed at 225 for the last set but I thought I could push through it. NOT!!!
