26:08 This was a really good workout for me to work on form, I really need to do better on my squats and I was able to do that today. I have a video but the internet was too slow to upload right now so I will add it later.
21:10 Today's WOD was one of those that looked pretty easy but buy the time I was done I felt differently. I know I will be sore tomorrow.
