The aftermath of pull-ups.
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Great job you two I did it once and that was enough 14 rounds for me. Geez Zane take it easy on the postings! I was going to do Wednesday but my Internet was four minutes slower than yours.
Not to be shown up too badly... I finished off the night with 65 muscle-ups, 40 more pull-ups, and 20 miles on the bike... I'm still not crazy enough to do it twice though.
