The aftermath of pull-ups.


With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    15 min + 10 pull-ups the second time

    13 min second time

    Grand total = 61+91= 152 pull-ups (I think) hehe

  5. Not to be shown up too badly... I finished off the night with 65 muscle-ups, 40 more pull-ups, and 20 miles on the bike... I'm still not crazy enough to do it twice though.
