  3. My WOD was doing 5 consecutive interviews with no break and then eating in an Iraqi chowhall because we missed our chow times. Surprisingly the Iraqi chowhall is a lot better than the American Chow hall.

  4. 34:10 WOW what a WOD! Had I been able to sustain my first round pace I would have been right there with all you guys. But the gas tank ran out quick.

  5. 27:18 and I thought that my arms were going to fall off of my torso. I will be lucky if I am able to get out of bed tomorrow. Thank goodness that tomorrow is a rest day, my body is going to need it.

  6. Man wish i could have done that workout with those outside bars, the bar to chest pullups in the Yoga room got a little scary trying not to hit my head on the ceiling. 18:23.

  7. Way to smoke the WOD Nick. It was cool to do it outside and work on the tans at the same time. Two of the bars had a lot of rust on them so there could be a need for Tetanus boosters for those who's hands ripped, which I think was all of us. If anyone experiences "LOCKJAW" we'll know why. Maybe today for our rest day we can go clean those up and set up a place for the rings as well.
