For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Sit-ups
100 Back extensions
Run 1 mile

Mix and match back extensions and sit-ups as needed.

  2. 30:01- A respectable time for such an old man. My lower back literally put me to my knees. I was able to do my first 3 X Muscle-ups. It was a great WOD!!!

  3. 3 hour nap, 2 different convoy rides, 3 reps of bench at 135 pounds, 1 pull-up, and putting up with sam all day. All in all it was a good work out
