wow, looks like fun. I actually did a WOD, well Kind of. I had to adapt a lot. I did Tuesday 110322 yesterday.. They have a GHD situp machine here so I did that instead of regular sit ups. Plus they have a ton of kettlebells here. I should steal them and bring them back with me...

110321 - 73:18 around COS Marez 2.3 times, I got a little lost on the route and the lesson learned is this: always do a map recon and rehearse the course.
