Catching up

This is a green Toyota Land Cruiser. They are awesome to drive, unfortunately, they require a key to start.

  2. wow, looks like fun. I actually did a WOD, well Kind of. I had to adapt a lot. I did Tuesday 110322 yesterday.. They have a GHD situp machine here so I did that instead of regular sit ups. Plus they have a ton of kettlebells here. I should steal them and bring them back with me...

  3. You should Zac they would never know and you can show them your B&C's and tell them you have to take them for some reason. When are you coming back? We are about ready to higher a grounds keeper, unless you hurry back.

    110321 - 67:22 around COS Marez 1.5 times including LT's detour.

  4. 110321 - 73:18 around COS Marez 2.3 times, I got a little lost on the route and the lesson learned is this: always do a map recon and rehearse the course.

    110323 - 10:00 exactly, this was a pretty awesome WOD. Short but efficient.
