Most everyone was tired from the last several days of SEALfit, plus we are short on time today, so we chose to do a normal Crossfit workout:

Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Overhead squat, 5 reps
10 Toes to bar
40 pound dumbbell Hang squat clean, 15 reps
20 Double-unders
