Double-header


Today we did two Crossfit WODs. Tomorrow it is back to SEALfit.

Here is what we did:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
7 Muscle-ups


and

"CrossFit Total"

Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
