"Aces" Saturday, 2011.05.28

Baseline: ROM Drills. 1,000M Row or Run.

Work Capacity: Loaded Deck of Cards. With 20# Vest, for time:

  • Hearts = Burpees
  • Diamonds = Knees to Elbow (sub Hollow Rock if no pull-up bar)
  • Spades = Hand Release Push-ups (CrossFit style)
  • Clubs = Tuck Jumps

Durability: 3 mile timed run. Active Stretch or Yoga
