Work Capacity: Loaded Deck of Cards. With 20# Vest, for time:
- Hearts = Burpees
- Diamonds = Knees to Elbow (sub Hollow Rock if no pull-up bar)
- Spades = Hand Release Push-ups (CrossFit style)
- Clubs = Tuck Jumps
Durability: 3 mile timed run. Active Stretch or Yoga
I think we all agreed that we did this one in @ 30-35 min, since nobody timed it. Thank you all for pushing me.
