Impromptu workout

The gym was closed today, so we had to come up with a workout on the fly; one that didn't require any weights. This is what we did:

Chelsea
  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
Each min on the min for 30 min

  2. I got to somewhere around round 20 when Pukie showed up. Got two more rounds before I tossed in the towel.
