Crossfit Rest day

I hope you all don't mind me posting my endurance wods on here. It saves me from having a new blog.  If anyone does the wod with me feel free to post as well.

Wednesday = 10x Hill sprints
On Thursday I ran a Tempo Run:
5 miles - 2.5 80% = 8:24 minute pace
2.5 - 90% = 7:44 minute pace
Total time = 40:21
